- 6 large chili peppers
- 1 kg of ground beef, mixed
- 500 g of rice, boiled
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 can of tomato (s), diced, approx. 400 g
- 1 m.-large onion (s), diced
- 2 m.-large garlic onion, crushed
- 500 g cheese, grated
- 1 m. Large egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Cut the top of the peppers and remove the kernels from the inside.
Combine the minced meat, the cooked rice, the half of the tomatoes, the onion, the garlic, the egg, the salt and the pepper in a large bowl until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out peppers and place the pods in a crockpot.
Pour the chicken broth over the pods and around the pods. Add the remaining doses. Cover the crockpot and boil for 6 hours at high level for 5-6 hours or at low level.
